Payment Options

Paying for legal services which provide a good defence can often be one of the most stressful parts of a civil suit or criminal prosecution. Retaining a high quality legal team is an important part of enhancing your success with any legal concern you have, but even if the cost is something you can afford, there are a variety of ways that you can pay for it:

Legal Retainers

You can pay for a legal retainer, where you pay for legal services in what typically ends up being monthly instalments. This payment method allows you to manage the costs and work put into your case very well.

No Win No Fee

You also have a no win no fee payment method, whereby you only have to pay for the services you receive in the event that you win a financial windfall at the end of the case. This means that the method only really works for civil suits, but so long as you have a chance of winning this could be the option for you.
